So when Kobalt wanted to power their growth and differentiate their offering, they knew in the moment that matters of signing artists - paying quickly, being transparent with data, and creating a creative valuable mobile ecosystem would be key.

Kobalt commissioned our leadership and technology team to build an enduring mobile ecosystem comprising 4 native apps.
Firstly, we created the master brand app for Kobalt publishing to create valued artist relationships through real-time data transparency. This gives musicians, and writers more control than ever. We started with a successful closed BETA on iOS & Android. These enterprise apps, in some cases used by millionaires and billionaires, created a valued connection between their endeavours and their incomes and royalties. They were valued, and used frequently around the world.
We then ensured independent and self-managed artists just getting started in their careers weren’t left behind with the AWAL apps. Again the principle of visualising data to make it valuable, beautiful and insightful was employed, but with differentiated branding, data sources and integrations. All of which were tailored to these unique need states therefore negating the need to have a manager.
