Fortius Clinic is a private orthopedic and sports science specialist, they deliver excellence in healthcare at multiple locations in London. Their leadership team engaged our team to bring a design thinking approach to the mobile experience of Fortius - and in doing so give doctors, nurses and support staff time back. The competitor bar was low and the stage was set to re-imagine the patient experience in a world awash with data. |
There has to be a better way.
It’s a big responsibility to use the data that is collected for the benefit of our patients - to make their lives better, not ours. So that’s what we did. Customer centricity helped us ensure the patient journey was prioritised. Values such as convenience, immediacy, transparency were brought to life through features such as: Reminders & alerts, Payments, History, Expert staff profiles and more. We worked with passion and dedication to ensure the secure native app was in market in 8 short weeks. We also helped them with their brand identity, bringing it forward into material design. At launch Chris Minas was quoted saying “we are proud to be innovating in mobile health with a great patient centric brand such as Fortius Clinic.
