Our mission was to change the behavioural pattern of UK society and create a positive attitude to engagement with Dental clinicians, compared to other countries, by creating tools that would service, inform, engage, encourage a new generation of customers helping them improve their dental hygiene through positive and regular interactions with Dentists.
We did this by automating the patient dental management system and allowing dentists to centralise patent data while maintaining patient records in a more effective and efficient way.
We also helped enable the communication of test results and proactive treatments to customers as well as introducing bookings and payments via an app. Furthermore, games and tools help encourage younger family members with positive dental habits in-order to help break down the fear barrier of regular dental treatments.
Our work has helped reduce dentist operational time by 35%, increased patent appointments by 15%, all the while reducing costs by 15%.
